Irish Cream with Biscoff
Ingredients
- 18 gram NDC SCP 33M
- 10 gram NDC EC 30W
- 8 gram NDC SPK 33Y
- 6 gram NDC EC 32X
- 10 gram Gula pasir
- 200 ml Air hangat
- 1 sdt(±6 gram) Sirup irish cream
- 1 keping Biskuit Biscoff
- 1 sdm Selai Biscoff
Topping Foam
- 10 gram Non Dairy Whipped Cream WP 38D
- 90 ml Air dingin
- 2 sdt(±12 gram) Sirup irish cream
Preparation
- Topping foam: Mixer bahan-bahan selama 2 menit dengan speed tinggi.
- Larutkan bahan-bahan dengan air hangat, dinginkan.
- Oleskan selai biscoff pada dinding gelas, tuang larutan krimer, tambahkan topping foam dan biskuit diatasnya.
