Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  Pie Crust
  • 200 gram Margarine
  • 330 gram Flour
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 20 gram Castor sugar
  • ¼ sdt Salt
  • ½ sdt Vanilla
Vla Filling
  • 75 gram Sugar
  • 50 gram Non dairy creamer EC 32X
  • 150 gram Non dairy creamer SCP 33M
  • 75 gram Corn Starch
  • 2 butir Egg Yolk
  • 1 sdm Margarine
  • ½ sdt Vanilla
  • ½ sdt Salt
  • 750 ml Water
Topping
  • Fruit

Directions

  Pie Crust
  • Stir margarine, castor sugar, salt and vanilla in 2 minutes. Adds egg yolk on it, stir 2 minutes.
  • Add the flour, sift and stir it together till well mixed.
  • Combine the dough, roll the dough from the center to the edges to form a ± 3 mm circle.
  • Put on spread margarine pie plate, press well, make a hole on the bottom surface before heating in oven.
  • Bake in preheat oven at 170°C for 20 minutes until pie crust has a golden brown colour.
  • Cool it down, remove pie crust from the plate carefully.
  • Pie crust is ready to be filled as well.
  Vla Filling
  • Combine the ingredients, heat and stir until boiled.
  • Add egg yolks and margarine, stir until thicken.
  • Vla is ready to used.
