Ingredients
Pie Crust
- 200 gram Margarine
- 330 gram Flour
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 20 gram Castor sugar
- ¼ sdt Salt
- ½ sdt Vanilla
Vla Filling
- 75 gram Sugar
- 50 gram Non dairy creamer EC 32X
- 150 gram Non dairy creamer SCP 33M
- 75 gram Corn Starch
- 2 butir Egg Yolk
- 1 sdm Margarine
- ½ sdt Vanilla
- ½ sdt Salt
- 750 ml Water

Directions
Pie Crust
- Stir margarine, castor sugar, salt and vanilla in 2 minutes. Adds egg yolk on it, stir 2 minutes.
- Add the flour, sift and stir it together till well mixed.
- Combine the dough, roll the dough from the center to the edges to form a ± 3 mm circle.
- Put on spread margarine pie plate, press well, make a hole on the bottom surface before heating in oven.
- Bake in preheat oven at 170°C for 20 minutes until pie crust has a golden brown colour.
- Cool it down, remove pie crust from the plate carefully.
- Pie crust is ready to be filled as well.
Vla Filling
- Combine the ingredients, heat and stir until boiled.
- Add egg yolks and margarine, stir until thicken.
- Vla is ready to used.
