Ingredients
- 200 gram Dried egg noodles, cooked & drained
- 100 gram Chicken breast, fillet
- 2 Red onion, sliced
- 2 Onion, chopped
- 1 Leek, cut
- 5 tbsp Non Dairy Creamer EC 32X
- 3 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil, to saute
- 500 ml Water, to dilute non dairy creamer
- A pinch of Sugar, Salt, Pepper, chicken powder
- A pinch of Fried shallot, to serve
- A pinch of Red Chilli, slice
- A pinch of Lime
Directions
- Heat the oil, add in red onion, garlic, leek until fragrant, add in cutted chicken breast.
- Add in curry powder, cooked until well seasoned.
- Dilute non dairy creamer EC 32X using warm water, add to boil.
- Seasoned with sugar, salt, pepper and chicken powder, add in chilli powder.
- Drained off chicken breast and fry it until golden brown color to add the taste as you wish.
- Meanwhile, cook dried egg noodles in boiling water according to package directions (about 4 minutes). Rinse and drain.
- Put the noodles in a bowl, add the curry broth, sliced chicken, sliced red chili, lime and fried shallot as you wish.
