Ingredients
- 225 grams All purpose Flour
- 25 grams Corn starch
- 75 grams Kapal Api Krim Kafe, dilute in warm water till total solution 250 ml
- 40 grams sugar
- 1 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp pandan paste
Complement
- Sugar
- Butter
- Chocolate sprinkle
- Mozarella cheese and Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Dilute sugar and Creamer Kapal Api Krim Kafe using warm water.
- Mix flour, corn starch, sugar, creamer solution and pandan paste, mix well.
- Add on egg and baking powder, mix well.
- Resting for 2 hours, cover with fabric.
- Add on baking soda, mix well.
- Heat up the stove, pour the batter to cooking pan using big heat until the foam release, pout the sugar.
- Cover the cooking pan, heating up until well cooked.
- Move from cooking pan, spread with butter,add on cheese and chocolate sprinkle.
- Divide into 2, cut into small size.
- Sweet martabak is ready to serve.
