100 gram Non dairy creamer SCP 33M
100 gram Non dairy creamer EC 32S
25 gram Sugar
250 ml Water
¼ tsp Vanilla Powder
6.5 gram Gelatin (dilute in 15ml water)
Put non dairy creamer, sugar and vanilla powder to a boil in a saucepan, stirring until dissolved.
Add gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved, remove from heat.
Pour in a glass, cool it down. Chill until firm.
Pour strawberry sauce on it.
