Spaghetti Brulee

Ingredients

  • 200 gram Spaghetti.
Bolognese sauce :
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped.
  • ½ Onion, chopped
  • 100 gram Minced meat.
  • 100 gram Tomato paste.
  • 1 tsp parsley.
  • 2 tsp oregano.
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil.
  • Sugar,salt,pepper,chicken powder.
Bechamel sauce :
  • 2 tbsp Butter.
  • 1 tbsp All purpose flour.
  • 100 gram NDC SCP 32F.
  • 25 gram NDC EC 30W.
  • 350 ml Warm water.
  • 50 gram Smoked beef, diced.
  • 275 gram Cheddar cheese.
  • 1 siung Garlic, chopped.
  • Sugar,salt,pepper,chicken powder.
Topping
  • 100 gram Mozarella cheese.

Directions

Spaghetti
  • 1. Cook spaghetti ± 7 minutes until al dente.
Bolognese sauce :
  • 1. Sauce garlic and onion, add minced meat, orogano and parsley.
  • 2. Add tomato paste, seasoned with sugar,salt,pepper,chicken powder.
  • 3. Add water, cook.
Bechamel sauce :
  • 1. Melt the butter, add garlic and onion, saute well.
  • 2. Add the flour, saute.
  • 3. Add the NDC solution, cheeese, seasoned with oregano,sugar,salt,pepper,chicken powder, cook until thicken.
  • Finishing :
    • 1. Add bolognese sauce on spaghetti, put in alumunium foil cup.
    • 2. Pour bechamel sauce on it, add smoked beef and mozarella cheese on top.
    • 3. Baked at 175°C, ±15 minutes.
