Ingredients
- 9 Egg Yolk
- 2 Whole egg
- 80 gram Castor sugar
- 80 gram Flour
- 20 gram Non dairy creamer Kapal Api Krim Kafe
- 150 gramn Butter, melted
- 1 sdt Cake emulsifier
- ¼ sdt Baking Powder
- ¼ sdt Vanilla
- Chocolate Paste, Pandan Leaves Paste
- Topping: Butter cream or jam filling
Directions
- Stir eggs and sugar with high speed, add cake emulsifier, stir until thicken
- Add the flour, non dairy creamer, baking powder dan vanilla, mix well
- Add the butter, mix well
- Divide the dough to 3 part, add chocolate paste and pandan leaves paste in separate bowl, mix well
- Pour into cake pan dimension 28×28 cm that already spreaded with margarine and baking paper on it
- Bake in preheat oven 200°C for 20 minutes
