Roll Cake

  • 9 Egg Yolk
  • 2 Whole egg
  • 80 gram Castor sugar
  • 80 gram Flour
  • 20 gram Non dairy creamer Kapal Api Krim Kafe
  • 150 gramn Butter, melted
  • 1 sdt Cake emulsifier
  • ¼ sdt Baking Powder
  • ¼ sdt Vanilla
  • Chocolate Paste, Pandan Leaves Paste
  • Topping: Butter cream or jam filling


  • Stir eggs and sugar with high speed, add cake emulsifier, stir until thicken
  • Add the flour, non dairy creamer, baking powder dan vanilla, mix well
  • Add the butter, mix well
  • Divide the dough to 3 part, add chocolate paste and pandan leaves paste in separate bowl, mix well
  • Pour into cake pan dimension 28×28 cm that already spreaded with margarine and baking paper on it
  • Bake in preheat oven 200°C for 20 minutes
