Ingredients
- 100 gram Japanese Rice
- 2 tsp seaweed powder
Mentai Sauce
- 200 grams mayonnaise
- 75 grams Kapal Api Krim Kafe
- 100 grams hot water, to dilute creamer
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp tobiko
Topping
- Chicken / Sliced beef / Nugget / Salmon / Kani
- Seaweed
- Tobiko
Directions
- Cook the rice
- Seasoned with seaweed powder
Mentai sauce
- dilute creamer, mix all the ingredients, stir
Serving
- Put the seasoned rice into alumunumium foil, add the topping, covered up with mentai sauce, seaweed powder and tobiko. Torch until the colour become golden brown.
