Ingredients
Adonan tutup
- 400 gram Potato, steam
- 2 tbsp NDC SCP 32F
- 20 gram Butter
- 1 Egg yolk
- 100 gram Cheddar cheese, shreded
- (25 gram for the dough + 75 gram for topping)
- Salt, pepper,nutmeg, chicken powder
- 1 butir Egg yolk (egg wash)
Filling :
- 150 gram Chicken Breast
- 40 gram Mushroom
- 200 gram Carrot
- 50 gram Green bean
- 25 gram Glass noodles
- 75 gram NDC SCP 32F
- 75 gram NDC EC 30W
- ½ buah Onion, chopped
- 2 clove Garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 150 ml Water (warm/hot)
- Sugar,Salt, pepper,nutmeg, chicken powder
Directions
Spaghetti
- 1. Steam potato (±30 minutes) hingga empuk, mash.
- 2. Add NDC, butter, egg yolk, cheese, and other seasoning.
Filling :
- 1. Boil glass noodles.
- 2. Dilute NDC with warm water.
- 3. Diced carrot, chicken and mushroom.
- 4. Saute onion, garlic with butter.
- 5. Add chicken, caroot,mushroom, saute.
- 6. Add NDC, seasoned it.
- 7. Add glass noodles.
Finishing :
- 1. Put the filling into alumunium foil cup (1/2 part).
- 2. Covered with potato “adonan” (until 3/4 part).
- 3. Egg wash the top.
- 4. Baked until golden brown (±180C, 20 minutes)
- 5.Add cheese on top, bake for 5 minutes.
