Ingredients
Ingredients for making ice cream :
- 300 ml Cold water (ice cube).
- 150 gram Whipped Cream WP 38D.
- 75 gram NDC SCP 33M.
- 1 gram Vanilla flavor.
Ingredients for making chocolate :
- 75 gram Dark cooking chocolate.
- 25 gram White cooking choholate.
Directions
- 1. Dilute NDC using warm water, keep in refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- 2. Mix whipped cream with cold water until fluffy and stiff.
- 3. Add cold NDC solution into whipped cream mix, stir.
- 4. Pipe into piping bag and spuit.
- 5. Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
