Ingredients

Ingredients for making ice cream :
  • 300 ml Cold water (ice cube).
  • 150 gram Whipped Cream WP 38D.
  • 75 gram NDC SCP 33M.
  • 1 gram Vanilla flavor.
Ingredients for making chocolate :
  • 75 gram Dark cooking chocolate.
  • 25 gram White cooking choholate.

Directions

  • 1. Dilute NDC using warm water, keep in refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  • 2. Mix whipped cream with cold water until fluffy and stiff.
  • 3. Add cold NDC solution into whipped cream mix, stir.
  • 4. Pipe into piping bag and spuit.
  • 5. Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
