Ingredients

  • 225 g Macaroni elbow, cooked aldente
  • 125 g Minced beef
  • 50 g smoked beef
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 150 g Shredded cheese
  • 2 tsp margarine
  • 4 Egg
  • 400 g Creamer SCP 33M (dilute in 200 ml hot water)
  • Sugar, salt, nutmeg,pepper
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 3 tbsp All purpose flour, dilute in water
  • 400 g Creamer SCP 33M (dilute in 200 ml hot water)
  • 175 g Shredded cheese
  • Sugar, salt, nutmeg,pepper
Topping
  • Shreded cheese
  • parsley / dried parsley

Directions

  • Stir garlic and onion with margarine, add minced beef, smoked beef, carrot, mix well.
  • Add creamer, beat eggs, shredded cheese, mix well.
  • Add sugar, alt, nutmeg, shredded cheese, mix well
  • dd cooked macaroni, cook in 5 minutes.
White sauce
  • Add margarine, fluor solution, mix well
  • Add creamer and shredded cheese, cook until thicken.
  • Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, pepper.
  • Pour the white sauce on macaroni.
Finishing
  • Add shredded cheese and dried parsley
  • Oven in 180 C, 20 minutes.
