Ingredients
- 7 grams agar-agar powder.
- 70 grams sugar.
- 3.5 gram taro powder.
- 2.5 gram vanilla powder.
- 50 grams non dairy creamer EC 32S.
- 35 grams non dairy creamer EC 28F.
- 900 ml water.
Directions
- Stir together agar-agar powder, non dairy creamer ,sugar and water, mix well.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
- Add taro powder dan vanilla powder,mix well.
- Taro silky pudding is ready to pour in dishes, and will thicken as it cools.
