Taro Silky Pudding

Ingredients

  • 7 grams agar-agar powder.
  • 70 grams sugar.
  • 3.5 gram taro powder.
  • 2.5 gram vanilla powder.
  • 50 grams non dairy creamer EC 32S.
  • 35 grams non dairy creamer EC 28F.
  • 900 ml water.

Directions

  • Stir together agar-agar powder, non dairy creamer ,sugar and water, mix well.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
  • Add taro powder dan vanilla powder,mix well.
  • Taro silky pudding is ready to pour in dishes, and will thicken as it cools.
