Ingredients
- 200 grams all purpose flour.
- 15 grams corn starch.
- 12.5 grams milk powder.
- 12.5 grams Non Dairy Creamer SCP 33M.
- ¼ tsp baking powder.
- 1 tsp matcha powder.
- 150 grams margarine.
- 50 grams sugar.
- 1 egg yolk.
- ¼ tsp salt.
Directions
- Stir margarine and salt, add the sugar, stir 2 minutes until smooth.
- Add the egg yolk, stir.
- Add the flourmilk powder, non dairy creamer, matcha powder, sift and stir it together till well mixed.
- Mold the dough using cookie cutter.
- Put on spread margarine tray.
- Bake in preheated oven at 150°C for 30 minutes.
