Ingredients
- 125 grams cheese.
- 10 grams sugar.
- 65 grams Non Dairy Creamer EC 30W.
- 3 gram all purpose flour.
- ½ tsp salt.
- 120 ml water.
Directions
- In a medium-sized saucepan over low heat, heat the non dairy creamer and water.
- Gradually add the cheese while stirring constantly.
- When melted, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Cream cheese dipping sauce is ready to be served.
