125 grams cheese.
10 grams sugar.
65 grams Non Dairy Creamer EC 30W.
3 gram all purpose flour.
½ tsp salt.
120 ml water.
In a medium-sized saucepan over low heat, heat the non dairy creamer and water.
Gradually add the cheese while stirring constantly.
When melted, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
Cream cheese dipping sauce is ready to be served.
