100 grams sugar.
¼ tsp salt.
5 grams cake emusifier.
¼ tsp vanilla powder.
65 grams all purpose flour.
25 grams cocoa powder.
¼ tsp baking powder.
60 ml cooking oil.
30 grams margarine.
50 grams dark cooking chocolate.
50 grams non dairy creamer EC 32S dilutes in 100 ml hot water.
Prepare steamer and grease 16 x 16 x 7 pan, basting with oil and put a baking paper on it.
Melt dark cooking chocolate, margarine and cooking oil.
Whisk in the eggs and sugar,add salt, vanilla powder and cake emulsifier, whisk till fluffy.
Stir in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder till evenly combined.
Add melted chocolate and melted margarine into the batter, mix till well mixed.
Pour out 100 grams batter and mix with non dairy creamer solution.
Weigh remaining batter and divide into two. Pour one part of batter into the pan and steam it for 10 minutes.
Pour all non dairy creamer batter and continue to steam for 5 minutes.
Pour the second part of batter into the pan and continue to steam further 30 minutes.
Once done, take it out of the steamer and let it cool.
