Ingredients

  • 16 gram NDC SCP 33M
  • 16 gram NDC SCP 32F
  • 11 gram Sugar
  • 9 gram Cocoa powder
  • 150 gram Warm water
  • 1 tsp (±5 gram) Rhum syrup
  • Cherry
  Topping Foam :
  • 10 gram Non Dairy Whipped Cream WP 38D
  • 10 gram NDC SCP 33M
  • 9 gram Sugar
  • ½ shot (±5 gram) Rhum syrup
  • 100 ml Cool water

Directions

  • Topping foam: Mix the ingredient for 2 minutes (high speed)
  • Dilute ingredients in warm water, cool it down.
  • Serve in a glass, the solution, rhum syrup and topping foam on it, add the cherry on top.
