Buko Pandan

Ingredients

  • 200 gram Plain jelly.
  • 200 gram Coconut jelly.
  • 200 gram Coconut meat.
  • 150 gram Nata de coco.
  • 150 gram Sagoo pearl.
NDC solution (coconut milk replacer):
  • 1.5 L Coconut water.
  • 500 gram NDC SPK 36N.
  • 150 gram Sugar.
  • 2 lembar Pandan leaf.
  • ½ sdt Pandan paste.
Topping :
  • 150 gram Cheddar cheese.

Directions

  • 1. Blend NDC with coconut water, add sugar and pandan paste.
  • 2. Add pandan leaf into NDC solution, cool it down in refrigerator.
  • 3. Add jelly, sagoo pearl, nata de coco into the glass, add NDC solution, topped with cheese and coconut
  • 4. Serve it cool.
